Thankful Thursday

We started a new month this week.  I always like to turn the calendar to a new month.   The weather hasn't changed though even though the "-ber" months started!

This week I am thankful for...

~ when my husband cooks the bacon for Titus to have for his breakfast.

~ the time and work our oldest put into the new feed shed for the goats.

~ our DIL getting to use her ASL to help others.

~ the excitement of our youngest that he gets to bring home his trumpet to practice.

~ getting a refund in the mail from the quilting company that overcharged me.  I don't know how I missed that when I paid the bill!

~ serving together as a family at our church's Wednesday night meal we have a couple times a month.  We were off for the summer and started back up again this week.  It was nice to see a big crowd show up for it too.

~ seeing a tiny hummingbird in the back yard this week.

Have a day of blessings!

Thankful Thursday

How are you feeling today? Tired, sad, lonely, calm, proud, joyful, weary, loved, content, angry, excited, anxious, happy? Whatever kind of week you are having and however you are feeling, I hope you take a moment to share what is on your thankful list this week.

This week I am thankful for....

~ the support my husband always gives me but how he came to check on me at an unexpectedly emotionally difficult dentist appointment.

~ some time with our oldest to eat lunch and pick up a vehicle.

~ our DIL starting her new semester of her master's program.

~ our youngest getting his new goats to raise to show!

~ my Mom having a good follow up appointment with the surgeon as she continues to recover.

~ a PTO account mistake being solved.  I was so thankful the previous president was able to figure it out after digging a little into the account.

~ supportive and encouraging friends and loved ones.

Have a day of blessings!
