My thoughts:
I have not completed this book yet; however, it has been a very enjoyable read so far. It is easy to follow and very interesting to learn how the foods we eat can cause inflammation. Inflammation is a contributor to many common diseases we are facing today. Just by changing your diet and removing the inflammatory foods you can reduce or reverse the effects of some diseases.
I was not sure if I would be able to read this book because I typically do not read this type of book. So far it has kept my attention with the stories and examples of success stories that Dr. Colbert has witnessed in his practice and his own life.
I would recommend this book to you and hope you will find it as beneficial as I have.
Thank you to the publisher for sending me a copy of this book for my honest review.
Have a day of blessings!
Bethany

I heard him and his wife on TV not long ago. They are very interesting and sound like they have a sincere love for people. I should read this book!
Sounds like a good book. I got the Medical Medium Life-Changing Foods book for Christmas. I haven't looked at it yet but I believe it is similar in many ways. We need to eat healthy!
