It's time again for "As long as it is called Today" as we encourage one another as Christian parents. I hope you will join me in July each week on Tuesdays as we encourage each other in our daily lives as Christians, spouses, parents, and home keepers.
You can find last week's post here.
This week's question: What bedtime traditions do you have with your children? How have these changed as your children have gotten older?
My answer: We read a story from Caleb's Bible storybook before bed and say prayers. We sometimes sing a song. I love to hear Caleb pray. His prayers are so sweet and from the heart.
Please leave your answer in the comment section. Have a great day!

Blessings to you my friend.
Ours is very similar to yours. We read a story and pray. We give our older kids time to ask questions as well. Just recently we have started on a Bible verse a week. That has been so much fun and helps me to make memorization a priority.
Night time prayers and Bible stories with my family are my most treasured memories. I know it is precious to hear your Caleb's prayers.
We always try to read a story... but we always pray. And if one falls asleep before we pray, I pray over them, out loud. I kinda hope they hear that and dream about Jesus...
Great question!!
God bless-
Amanda
