Bragging on my husband

I'm so proud of my husband. He has had a lot on his plate lately with his work duties. One of those additional duties has been serving as chairman of their Christmas luncheon. It was on Tuesday and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and the food. I am proud how he made it a success. I know there were several annoyances and things that could have been problems, but they all worked out smoothly.

He is such a wonderful friend to me. The other night we were up way to late laughing at each others' silliness. It was such a special time to be silly together.

It touches my heart to see him interact with Caleb. They are always laughing together and being funny. Caleb is going to have so many wonderful memories of playing with his Daddy when he gets older and I'm thankful for that.

I'm thankful for his godly leadership. It is comforting to know I can go to him when I have a question about something I don't understand from the Bible and he can explain it to me.

He is patient with me. Today I got turned around while trying to find a friend's house. I don't go there often and thought I would be able to drive straight too it. Well I was wrong. I called and he directed me there. It was so perfect how he gave the directions so slowly and patiently for me to make sure I arrived safely.

When I need something he is always so willing to help. It seems like if I have a million things to do he is always willing to step up and do one or several things for me. It just helps so much to know I can count on him.

I appreciate all the things he does for us and how he is such a good provider for our family.
Thank you sweetie. I love you!
