Thankful Thursday

Week before Thanksgiving!

This week I am thankful for...

~ my husband being able to serve as an elder at our church and to see him serve in this way.

~ having pizza lunch with my oldest.  It reminded me of all the Fridays I took him food on football game days.  Then when he was working shifts as an EMT.  I was glad we got to have lunch together.  

~ my DIL having a birthday this week.

 

~ Thanksgiving feast at school with my little boy.  A fun tradition!  He was so happy to see us.  Also after school he gave me a bookmark.  He'd gotten a prize from a teacher and picked the bookmark to give me.  It has a dried flower on it.  

~ getting food to make for Thanksgiving meals and buying extras to donate.

~ the dr. visit last week that went well for me and then getting the call that my blood work looked good.  I'm glad my numbers had improved, and it made me feel good that my movement/exercise pattern has helped me along with eating the freshly milled bread.

~ when packages arrive on time or a little earlier than expected!
