Thankful Thursday

Happy June!

Today I am thankful for...
~ my husband taking care of our vehicles.  This week when I was in town I went to get the Trailblazer inspected.  The guy came to the window and told me it had failed because the 3rd brake light didn't work.  He said Texas had passed a law this year that the third light had to work.  I called and told my husband and he checked and found a place to get one.  He replaced it the next day and took it to get it inspected too. He's always so good about taking care of things with the vehicles and keeping me filled up with gas too which I appreciate.

~ my big boy enjoying some time at football camp.  He is going in the mornings this week at ACU. I've enjoyed hearing his stories about what they are doing.

~ my little guy bringing me flowers.  He is so cute how he picks them and comes and hands them to me and says "owers."  I love it when he brings me one.

~ being able to take a continuing ed class for my teacher certification hours.  It was local and free, two "pluses."  I knew several of the other teachers there too which was nice.  A couple had been Caleb's teachers this year and told me they enjoyed having him in class.

~ going to the river with my boys for the Memorial Day weekend.  We were able to stay in my Mom and Russell's camper which made it nice to have the a/c.  The boys had fun. The cousins enjoyed being together.  I had a nice time reading and coloring in the camper Saturday afternoon while Titus napped.  The weather was okay...Saturday morning it was cloudy and then it got hot.  Sunday it was mostly hot.  We came home Sunday afternoon.

~ our libraries and the wonderful programs they offer.  What a blessing to have libraries!  I've always been a fan of libraries.  Now the summer reading programs are starting up which is always fun!

Have a day of blessings!
