Today I'm thankful for...
~ my husband driving me to a doctor's appointment. We got part way there and got a call that the doctor was out delivering babies so I had to reschedule. We were thankful we were not any farther down the road when they called.
~ my son bringing home a great report card for the 2nd Six Weeks. We are proud of his hard work in his classes as he is learning new things and trying new activities.
~ seeing how our baby boy brings a smile to the faces of strangers in the store. Anyone who stops seems to always say what beautiful eyes he has.
~ going to the drive-in movies last week with my boys. We saw Peanuts, and we all enjoyed it. I have always wanted to go to a drive-in!
~ receiving a canvas print to put on our gallery wall. I'm very excited about it. I ordered a Texas shape from Lillian Vernon with words we chose about our family. It is so neat, and I'm very pleased with how it turned out.
~ continuing a family tradition of making a thankful picture. As a child around Thanksgiving each year my Mom would have me make a picture of things I was thankful for. I've continued that tradition, and it was pretty special to do this with my three boys tonight.
