My thoughts:
This was a gift book that I thought had such inviting illustrations.  They are paintings of various outdoor scenes, including a beautiful beach and lighthouse at the beginning of the book.  The author invites the reader to relax and come along on a quiet escape through this book.  I liked the encouraging quotes that were included through the pages.  In our world we are too busy too much of the time.  Sometimes we need the reminder to be still and enjoy the beauty that surrounds us.  This book would make a nice gift.  Thank you to Harvest House Publishers for providing this book for my review.
