I used one of the packets to add to our supper one night this week. I thought they had a good flavor and they reminded me of a baked potato. I must say they were very easy to make. Yum! Meat loaf sounds too boring but it's the only thing I can come up with right now. My mind is on comfort foods... :)

I think I would use the mashed potatoes on a Shepherd Pie. MMMMM sounds yummy.
Sound great and we have them all the time. Just 2 of us and they are fast, easy and taste great - we like the "red" potato pouch varieties.

They'd be wonderful with good old fashioned meatloaf. I hadn't heard of these potatoes before. Sounds good.
