I found some quotes I like on hope.....

And here are some Bible verses that mention hope.....
"No one whose hope is in you will ever be put to shame, but they will be put to shame who are treacherous without excuse." Psalm 25:3
"We wait in hope for the LORD; he is our help and our shield." Psalm 33:20
"But by faith we eagerly await through the Spirit the righteousness for which we hope." Galatians 5:5

This week on the radio I heard the DJ's talking about how we as Christians have hope. People right now are looking for answers, they're looking for hope. We need to give them hope by how we live and act in the little things of daily life. I'm thankful for that hope and can't imagine life without it.
This week I'm thankful for....
~ the love and companionship of my husband.
~ celebrating our sweet boy's 5th birthday this week on Wednesday. We had a fun time Saturday at his party and Wednesday together as a family.
~ learning from God's Word.
~ being able to finish my continuing ed. class online before the due date.
~ time with family.

Like you, one of the things I listed in my list this week is being thankful for God's Word. I like how you shared different quotes and Scriptures about hope.

I'm thankful for Thankful Thursdays. Even though I don't follow this pattern for my blog, reading everyone else's testimony of thankfulness helps me to take my mind off of all the stress that I've been under of late. Thanks for sharing.
