Thankful Thursday

It looks like this is my 30th Thankful Thursday post! I look forward to Thursdays and am thankful Iris has this each week for all of us.

Today I'd like to ask you to say a prayer for two of my cousins whose mother passed away unexpectedly this week.

This week I am thankful for...

*my husband being involved in our son's life. They always do stuff together in the evenings. This week Caleb tagged along to the "boy store" for some wood for a project.

*my sweet boy who picks flowers for me in the yard.

*sales! I was happy to find our toilet paper (You may be laughing after reading that!) on sale this week, plus I had a coupon for it (that will make Chel laugh probably!).

*the roses I saw on my rose bush this week. I'm so happy for spring!

*the lessons I've been learning through teaching on Wednesday nights. This is my third year to teach the 4th/5th graders on Wednesdays. We've started using new curriculum. It's been interesting to apply the familiar lessons from the life of Joseph in a new way.

I hope you have had a good week. Whatever kind of week you've had, take a moment to give thanks! Visit more thankful people by visiting Sting My Heart. Have a wonderful day!

Just hilarious.... But, I find myself thankful the most for the little things in life.

Thank you for sharing your heart with me. Neat!

My son picks "flowers" for me in the yard, too. Thanks for the reminder to be thankful for that sweet gesture!
Happy TT!

P.S. I rejoice over coupons and great sales, so I am right there with you. We are the ones dancing a jig with a little extra jingle in our pockets.Haha!

Ahhh, what a sweet list of things to be thankful for!

I have all sons and I know what joy it brings to me when they spend time with dad, and do sweet things for mom!

I'll be praying for your cousins, how sad...

Blessings♥

It's the little things in life (like tp) that seem to be the most important. :)
Happy TT.

I like seeing those roses, too. Spring is my favorite time of the year.

I am trying not to be jealous about your flowers. Colorado is still dormant time. Soon, very soon, new life will appear.

Thanks for visiting me.

Wonderful list! It must be much warmer where you are (with roses on your bush) and that makes me so HOPEFUL for warmer weather, flowers budding, and green grass- picnics, riding bikes....

God is good! I love "little things" like sales and close parkings spaces and "making a basket" when I am throwing the recycling away in the garage.

Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to reading more of your posts!

Blessings!

I enjoyed your post, I also love my little boys picking me flowers, they like to pick weed flowers from the neighbors yard and bring to me, and I put them in a vase and place them on the kitchen table, they are so proud!

I'm thankful when toilet paper goes on sale too! I stock up. Really, simple things that make life a little more pleasant are always great!

Have a blessed day!

I am always happy for sales too :)

It is so important that father's are involved in children's lives. I was blessed that my beloved always took time to spend with our son growing up.

Thank you for sharing your grateful heart with us this past week.

Blessings to you and yours.

PS: Cool that you have participated in Thankful Thursday for over six months :)
