Love in a Box + Giveaway

Today I am happy to share with you a special ministry to reach out to young women with unplanned pregnancies.  It is called Embrace Grace.  Please check out their website to see what they offer.

Love in a Box is a pro-love initiative launched to help save babies and help moms get plugged into local churches for spiritual, emotional and physical support through an Embrace Grace group.

Boxes are distributed to pregnancy centers nation-wide and given to young, single women with positive pregnancy tests. The box is full of gifts that will inspire hope and impart love to a mom that may be scared for her future. Each box consists of a Fearless Journal and pen, a Bump in Life book, a baby onesie, testimonial letters of girls that chose adoption and chose to parent, an invitation to join an Embrace Grace group and a Brave Girl letter that can be written by YOU!

You have the opportunity to speak into the life of a mom that could possibly be contemplating a life or death decision. You can encourage, uplift and inspire her to choose life and to get plugged into an Embrace Grace support group at a local church.

We want to help brave moms choose life and get plugged into a spiritual family so they can be saved, discipled, mentored and be a part of a community that loves them the way Jesus loves.

How can you help?
1.  Start an Embrace Grace at your local church so young women with unplanned pregnancies have a support group.

2.  Partner with the national organization through prayer and support at www.EmbraceGrace.com

3. Download and print our brave girl letter (http://egrace.co/brave) and mail to address below for us to place inside a Love in a Box.
You can mail your Brave Girl letter to:
Embrace Grace, Inc.
Attn: Love in a Box
700 W. Bedford Euless Rd., Ste. G
Hurst, TX 76053

I received two of the items from the box:  the necklace and journal.  The necklace comes on a card with an encouraging message about LOVE.  The journal is a nice way for the new "Mom to be" to record her feelings and fears during her pregnancy.  It has Bible verses throughout and writing prompts.

Now for information on the giveaway.  Go to this website to enter for a chance to win a necklace and journal of your own.

(I was sent the journal and necklace in exchange for reviewing them and this post is part of with the FrontGate Blogger Network. Thank you.)

 Have a day of blessings!

Anchored Press Planner + Giveaway!

Do you like to have a written calendar instead of trying to keep up with your schedule and your family's plans on  your phone?  So many people now do everything on their phones.  While this may be handy for some, I still like to write things on a calendar and plan out the upcoming events of the month.

I was excited for the opportunity to review this beautiful planner.  I loved the box packaging before I even saw the planner!  Who wouldn't like to see this message on the package in the mail?

Let me tell you a bit about the Anchored Press Planner. I received the 2016 planner and am glad to be able to use it the rest of the year.  There are so many neat features of this planner:

  • Daily pages + combined weekend pages
  • Daily page includes: an hourly scheduler (6am-8pm), top 4 to-do list, dinner plan & a place to meet with God everyday
  • Daily Bible verses & inspired devotions
  • Mid-week prayer over your children
  • A weekly spot to thank God for your blessings
  • Monthly designated page for prayer requests
  • Family goal planning page
  • Family memory making prompts
  • Family go-to dinner page
  • 2016 yearly calendar and holiday pages
  • 12 two-page monthly views

Sample page
I liked that besides just being a planner to help you be organized there are also very short devotionals included.  These are quick thoughts to read, and they have already been beneficial to me as I've been using this planner.  According to the website, the Anchored Press Planner was "designed for women looking for a way to stay organized and anchored in God's Word."

Does this sound like a planner  you would enjoy using? Enter the giveaway before June 30!!

Because of the positive response to this planner in 2016, new color choices will be offered in 2017. The 2017 calendar will be available beginning in late August.  Also the 2016 planner is available right now at a 40% discount.

Don't forget to go to this link to enter the giveaway.
