Thankful Thursday

Almost the end of OCTOBER!

Today I am thankful for...

~ working with my husband at the church Trunk or Treat.  We've done this for several years.

~ a kind text from our oldest after his observations about a younger generation.  

~ talking to our DIL about the trunk she was doing with their small group and another one at the college.  She's been busy this week!

~ our youngest getting to dress up at a "thing" (from Dr. Seuss) with his friends in youth group for Trunk or Treat.  And the friends that helped me get the costume together. Also that he had fun helping at the event.  

~watching the sky change on our drives to school.  It is dark while we leave, and we see the beauty of the clouds in the sky with the sun coming up. And now the time is changing this weekend!

~ friends that tell me they are praying for my Mom and send kind gifts for her.  

~ the fall temperatures and rain we've received.  It's always a blessing.
