2. Would you describe yourself as artistic? Elaborate. No. I have never considered myself artistic. I have tried painting, and it doesn't look right, it just doesn't come naturally to me. I'm not good at drawing either.
I will say quilting does take some artistic skill I believe in picking fabrics. I feel like I'm getting good at that.
3. What's a skill, task, hobby, or job you've done so often you now have it 'down to a fine art'?
My weekly routine comes to mind. Mondays are typically my day to do laundry and things at home. Tuesdays is Bible study, errands, and lunch date. Thursdays are when I quilt. I like my routine. Also meal planning with a calendar at the end of the month which helps me greatly.
4. How often do you dine out? Fast food, fine dining, or somewhere in between? Tell us about a less than stellar restaurant experience you've had recently (or not so recently if that's easier).
We usually go out on Friday night or have my husband bring home something. We have a habit too of eating on Sundays after church. We don't do "fine dining." A new favorite I have is picking up at Steak Express.
5. Do you celebrate Halloween? To what extent? Are there trick or treaters where you live?
I love fall colors and pumpkins. I really don't like all the scary decorations I see nowadays. We carve jack o' lanterns and our town has businesses that welcome trick or treaters which we've done with Titus. We do trunk or treat at our church and help with that. Our neighborhood is full of trick or treaters. We don't pass out candy. That's usually the night we get Papa Murphy jack o' lantern pizza, carve pumpkins, and stay inside. The weather looks like we are getting a cold front this year so that will be interesting.
6. Insert your own random thought here.
Have you tried diamond art? I went to a program at our library in the summer where they made key chains with diamond art. My nieces had projects they were working on during our family trip to the river. I bought a kit for Titus and then myself. I finished up this one I bought on Amazon. It was so fun to me to do. I want to look for a Christmas one next. I have one I'm working on now for a gift for a senior for a cheer mail program I am part of. I want to frame this one to put out with my other fall decorations. I'm trying to grow my collection of fall things!

I'm not familiar with diamond art...is it similar to needlepoint? Your fall print is pretty. We've never done scary Halloween here either, but that seems to be over the top in places this year. I never liked scary as a kid either. I did enjoy the candy though : )
Aw, love your answer to #1. What is diamond art? Is that the same as diamond painting? I never knew you could do keychains with that.
I enjoyed reading your answers. Hope all is well with you and your family. Love your random. Take care and God Bless. Thanks for joining in on Wednesday Hodgepodge.
