My thoughts:

It doesn't matter our age, we can all use some encouragement in our lives!  This "You Are Loved" collection is a wonderful reminder of truths about who you are that will uplift your spirit and encourage your heart.  

First there is a journal.  Each page has a different focus for you to consider and reflect upon.  Writing has always been a helpful tool for me.  I like that each page focuses on a different truth.  There is plenty of space to write scriptures or your thoughts about your personal experiences with this truth.

Next we have some encouragement cards.  These are 4 x 4 in size with colorful floral designs on one side and a black and white verse on the back.  These are nice size to tape on your mirror as a visible reminder of truth in your day.  

This is a nice set and would make a thoughtful gift for a young woman in your life....think upcoming grad or Mom for Mother's Day!
