1. What obligation do you believe you have to your country?
As an American I feel obligated to vote and encourage others to do so and also to honor the flag and show respect to our service men and women. There may be others.
There are many things happening in our country that I cannot agree with or support, it makes me sad.
2. October 12 is National Farmers Day? Do you know any farmers? What do they farm/grow/raise? Are there any farm stands where you live? Do you shop there?
We have a lot of hay fields around here and those that grow the hay usually have some livestock as well. I don't know of any farm stands near me. We do have a farmer's market in the summer which I like to visit from time to time.
3. What's a skill you think everyone should have? Tell us why?
One that came to mind is cook a basic meal....boil water, brown ground beef, etc. Everyone needs to know how to make a couple of things in the kitchen!
4. Favorite thing you've purchased this year?
My fabric for quilting makes me smile!
5. What's your favorite place to visit in the fall?
It is relaxing to go to the deer lease with my boys and be away. Also I like to go to a pumpkin patch and take pictures.

Great answers. What is a deer lease? I have never quilted (I don't even sew) but I have always admired what goes into making a quilt
