Review: The Confident Woman Journal

About the book:
Live boldly in the love of Christ with Bible teacher and #1 New York Times bestselling author Joyce Meyer.

For women who have tried every solution imaginable to be the best version of themselves, but nothing seems to be working, Joyce Meyer has the answer: Confidence.

Joyce explains that confidence stems from being positive in your actions and living honestly, but most importantly from having faith, in God and in ourselves. By using the characteristics outlined in Confidently You, this journal gives women a place to write out their concerns and prayers.

With encouragement from Joyce Meyer to guide us, we can work towards becoming the confident woman we were created to be.

Ellie Claire's LeatherLuxe® material plus a four-color interior design combine to make The Confident Woman a stunning journal. The rich feel of leather is finished with round corners to make this journal an extraordinary gift for any time of year.

My thoughts:
I love journals and have used so many different types through the years.  The Confident Woman Journal has many positive qualities.   Don't you like the cover?  The white background with a little bit of gold and the pastel colors are calming and inviting to me.  Inside is a welcome and then blank pages.  Most are just lined pages but some pages do have a tiny strip of pastel color along the edge.  Each page has an inspirational or encouraging quotation.

Here are a couple I thought were particularly good:

When we know we are loved for ourselves and not just our accomplishments or performance, we no longer need to fear failure.

--------------------

I believe confidence is found in doing the best we can with what we have to work with and not in comparing ourselves with others and competing with them.

This journal is a great size to carry with you to church or in a bag on the go.  It also includes a ribbon bookmark.   It would make a nice gift for a special woman in your life.
