Busy, Busy
Eileen Spinelli has written a delightful book called Busy, Busy! This board book illustrated by Elina Ellis shows animals who are busy doing a variety of activities.....Mole is digging, Puppy plays with a ball, Ant drags away crumbs. Even Mommy is busy in her garden, but she is never too busy to stop and give a hug.
This is a fun little rhyming book. I loved the illustrations (the peacock is beautiful I thought!) and also appreciated that a variety of different animals were used that aren't always in children's books necessarily like peacock, ants, and a mole.
I would recommend this book for you to read with a very young child.
(Isn't the raccoon on the cover so cute?)
I received a copy of this book from the publisher for my honest review as part of the First Look blog tour. Thank you.
Have a day of blessings!
