Thankful Thursday

I've been able to be active on my blog this week!

What are you thankful for?

Today I am thankful for...
~ my husband working so hard to get our bedroom painted.  We have said we wanted to do this for quite some time and just haven't.  I already bought the new comforter for the bed a long time ago.  I was slow in choosing paint.  He did a great job and Titus helped him some too which was fun for him.

~ being able to watch my big boy show his steer last Saturday.  I know how hard he has worked and how many hours he has put in.  When he first got the steer I could not imagine how Caleb would be able to get him to walk around a show ring.  I'm proud of them both!

~ how my little guy likes being with me and sometimes just needs his Momma.

~ trying a new way to cook pork loin in the crock pot. I usually make it into bbq sandwiches.  I looked on Pinterest for some ideas and found one with ranch dressing mix and melted butter.  Then I put some more of the ranch dressing mix on some carrots and potatoes.  Oh yeah, I also made sweet potato bread for the first time.  I didn't use pumpkin spice or pecans and it needed cinnamon but we liked it.

~ starting on a heart pillow for Titus.  He asked me if I could make him one (I guess b/c I made Caleb a pillow for Christmas.)  I started on it last Thursday.  I found some Valentine material with little bones, hearts, and puppy dogs that wasn't too girly.  I am excited to see how it looks when finished. This is the start of it:

~ finding some exercise videos on YouTube to do in the mornings.  I like having that option and still be able to exercise when it's chilly or rainy.  I am not consistent and want to be more consistent so glad I looked and found this option.

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a day of blessings!
