We've had a good week. I have felt behind in household stuff like laundry. I guess it is from being gone on the weekend and then had a doctor appointment on Monday so didn't do my "normal" Monday stuff.
This week I am thankful for...
~ that my husband brought me a couple pieces of leftover Halloween candy from his office when he got home a couple days, something simple that made me smile. :)
~ watching my boy play his last freshman football game! He has gotten stronger and better. He loves to play, and we enjoy watching him and cheering for the team.
~ my little guy singing and making me smile.
~ our camper! It is nice to stay in and I really enjoy being able to use it.
~ being able to go to the deer lease last weekend for opening weekend of dear season. The weather was beautiful, and it was a great time. We had marshmallows on the fire on Saturday night. They were perfect! The boys had fun, Caleb loves being there. Titus played with his cousins. He said he was huntin' for zebra. :)
~ having positive reports at my eye dr. appointment last Friday and also a check up at the doctor on Monday.

It is definitely the simple things that mean the most, like the candy your husband brought you. I love that! Glad your eye report was a good one. Have a wonderful weekend.
Oh, good eye reports are wonderful! I just saw my retina specialist 2 weeks ago and I got a good report as well. I will never, ever take my eyesight for granted. My precious Dad has only 20% vision due to MD. He's 89 and it sure limits his life. Very sad.
