Thankful Thursday

We have had a good week.  It's been a little busy with preparations for our little guy's THIRD birthday party.  His party is on Saturday and his real birthday is next Thursday.  One more week of having a two year old.  He wants a train birthday.  We're looking forward to celebrating our boy!

Today I am thankful for..
~ my husband getting some relief from his back pain.  It's been a week since he got the injection.  He didn't have to get up to stand on Sunday morning at church so I thought it must have done some good for him.  He's been having to go to the back and stand because sitting in the pews make it hurt.

~ seeing my big boy grow in his faith and enjoy his youth group classes and activities.

~  fun lessons with my little guy.  I told him it was time to learn a new letter, and I let him pick.  He chose Z.  I thought that was a great choice....we plan to surprise him and take him to the zoo next week for his birthday.

~ fans for the warmer days and heater for the chilly nights.  We haven't been using the heater but did have to turn it on a couple of mornings. 

~ Texas wildflowers!  It makes me happy to see the flowers on the roadside this time of year.  We took pictures of the boys in the bluebonnets.  The field we have used the past few years did not have many bluebonnets.  As we drive Titus will shout out and tell us he sees bluebonnets!

~ my Mom helping to get everything ready for the birthday party!
