Climbing With Abraham

Several months ago I received an email asking if I'd be interested in reviewing a 30 day devotional called Climbing With Abraham by David Ramos.

I must say I was very pleased with this devotional, both its content and format.  Each day has a passage to read from the Bible about the life of Abraham followed by a devotional thought and prayer.

I like how each day related a different event of Abraham's life to something that we may face today. It was encouraging to be reminded again of how God was with Abraham and used him.  I appreciated the practicality of this devotion.  It is one that I would read again as I found it so beneficial the first time I read it.  There are many aspects of Abraham's story that have always been some of my favorites of the Bible, but this book showed me some things I had missed.  I look forward to reading more in the future from this author.
