What a fast month this has been! Today is the last day of 3rd grade for my boy. I can't believe it! He has had a good year. I'm thankful for his teachers and the blessing they have been, as well as the principal. She is new this year and has been a great asset to the campus from my perspective!
This week I am thankful for...
~ lunch dates with my husband! We enjoy having lunch together and both of us look forward to it each week. We picked a special place this week and tried to think of a place we like that Caleb doesn't like to eat because he will be with me next week.
~ my sweet boy doing well in 3rd grade, enjoying his teachers, and learning new things.
~ being able to particpate in the end of school activities with my boy. I've been to field day (two times with the schedule change due to rain), sundae party at the park, end of year float party, field trip, and get to go to the awards ceremony Thursday morning.
~ reminders of God's love through a special Bible verse. There is one verse God has shown me over and over the past few weeks, and I am thankful for that. I see it and hear it everywhere. Some day I might write a post about it.
~ supper with a sweet friend this week. I enjoyed the food at a place I'd never eaten and conversation.
***Also, I am having a giveaway right now for the Polka Pear Etsy shop. Be sure to check it out in this post!!
Have a day of blessings!

God is just like any good parent. When He wants us to get it, He's not stingy on supplying us with countless lessons, songs, or scriptures.
Glad you had the opportunity to spend time with your boy at his end of the year stuff for school. Irreplaceable memories!
Kids grow up so fast you have to treasure each nano-second! What wonderful thanks :) Have a great weekend!
