Happy New Year! I hope that your 2012 is off to a happy start for you. We are getting back into the routine of school and work as of Tuesday.
This week i am thankful for...
~ my sweet husband taking care of me. I was rear ended before Christmas and the car is in the shop this week. He has been so helpful as we took my care to the repair shop and picked up the rental. He surprised me and pulled it out of the garage for me too this morning since it feels much bigger than I'm used to.
~ my sweet boy. I am thankful for getting to share his excitement in learning new things. This week he jumped in and told me they are beginning to learn to write in cursive. He is my sweet, caring, sensitive boy and I'm thankful for his sweet spirit.
~ having a productive morning. I went to the store and found some good buys, cleaned the bathrooms, did laundry, and ironed.
~ reading good books. I love having time to read....in a hot bath, waiting in car line.
~ Reading with my boy before bed. We've started reading together various books and this is something we both enjoy and look forward to doing together.
This month for Thankful Thursday we are meeting at Women Taking a Stand. Feel free to join us! Thank you for visiting today.
Have a day of blessings!

As always, I enjoyed reading your thankful list. I'm thankful you were not injured in your car accident and hearing about your son learning to write in cursive made me smile. Thank you for the prayers! Blessings to you!
Oh, I am thankful for GOOD BOOKS too! Currently reading Mr. Popper's Penguins with the girls. Reading Out of Oz by G. Maguire myself. My eldest daughter is reading through Maguire's kids' series. Ah, a kindred spirit!
May God continue to bless you.
What wonderful thanks... A good husband is such a blessing! Loved your list!
Bethany, LOVE your list of thanks...looks like 2012 is off to a great start!! Happy TT!
Enjoyed your thankful list! So glad you weren't injured when your car was rear-ended!
Happy New Year to you, Bethany!
I've been enjoying getting back into my books as well. I actually had like 30 plus books on my night stand and I thought I really should read some so I could clean it off... and that's just what I'm doing! :p
