Today's question: Share your favorite meal you prepare for your family that is fast and easy.
My answer: I like to make individual pizzas when I need something quick for supper. I buy little buns at the bakery from the grocery store. I cut them in half, spread sauce on them and then add cheese and whatever other toppings we have.

Sounds yummy sweetie.
Great idea. I do cook occasionally but I don't have anything I want to share. LOL Have a great week.
Mine would be .... reservations!! LOL... I like making stir fry. I like to make it with fresh veggies, but if I'm in hurry I always have a bag of frozen stir fry veggies and then I can stir fry them and then serve them with salmon filet or chicken. Takes maybe 15 mins tops! yummmy

What a great idea!!! I make beef stroganoff (spelling) a lot in the winter... tacos all year round...and lots of grilling in the summer. I could eat grilled food everyday!!
Blessings to you!
Amanda
I've got two:
1. hobo packets--a square of aluminum foil place frozen veggies mix of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots. add pre-cooked/leftover chicken pieces. squirt some ranch dressing over it. wrap up the foil. heat on grill or in oven.
2. quesadillas--tortilla, cheese, bacon crumbles, green onion, and a drizzle of taco sauce inside. heat in microwave and dip in sour cream if desired.
My favorite 'quick-fix' is Taco Salad. You can buy the taco shell baskets all ready to fill. I usually put all filling possibilities in a lazy Susan (my namesake) & let everyone fill their basket with whatever choices they want.
I always have angel hair and a jar of sauce at the ready!
Another favorite is tuna, peas, carrots, mayonnaise tossed with fusili or rotini.
