Proverbs & Prayers: Week #16

As I was talking about the verse from week #15 with Caleb, it made me think about the word "commands." Who gives me commands? Am I very good at accepting commands? This is a concept we work to teach our children. Do we follow this ourselves? Do we accept the rules and laws of the land or do we try to argue about them? Do we do what God asks us to do or do we make excuses why we can't? Just some thoughts I had regarding last week's verse.

This week's verse is Proverbs 10:19 (another really good one I think):

"When words are many, sin is not absent, but he who holds his tongue is wise."

Do you have any prayer requests for this week? I will be praying for...

~ Heather as she continues to recover.

~ Marsha's husband.

~ Lesly. She starts chemo this week.

~ new baby Jackson. He's having some breathing issues.

Thanks for stopping by today. Hope your Sunday is wonderfully blessed!
