Last week I found this song online and was so excited to find it so I could share it on my Friday Favorites. It is on SCC new CD called "This Moment," which I blogged about a while back. I loved the song One Heartbeat at at Time. It really touched my heart when I heard it the first time.
Here is a link to SCC playing and singing a portion of the song. He talks and then plays and sings. Enjoy!
I also wanted to include a link of the full version of the song if you'd like to hear it.
I hope all of you Mommies, whether you are a stay at home Mom or working outside the home, enjoy this song and know you are making a difference. I think as a Mom sometimes we tend to forget that all the little things we do really do matter. We may not have solved the problem of the country's rising gas prices or finished all the laundry. But we have kissed away tears, sang silly songs, and made birds with Play Doh, making memories that will last a lifetime. We can get burned out if we're not careful. It's important to take time for yourself amidst your busy days of raising babies. Find something you do for YOU and make time for that. Hopefully you have a husband who will enjoy spending some quality time with your child so that you can take some time to be refreshed.
Hope you have a fabulous weekend. JMP took off today and Caleb told him let's go to the donut shop first thing this morning. He thought I put Caleb up to saying that but I hadn't even mentioned it!

What a sweet song! I haven't heard it before. Remember the girl I work with named Holly? Since she has a new baby this reminded me of her so I sent her a link to this post.
What a wonderful song! And you have a super weekend, too.
