Thankful Thursday

I hope you are enjoying summer with your family. June was a full time for us and went by rather quickly.

Today I am feeling thankful for . . .

*my husband's example to our son. I was reminded of this again this week. As we were holding hands saying a prayer before supper, he kissed my hand. Following Daddy's example, Caleb did the same thing. Then I had to laugh as they gave me kiss after kiss and started making funny noises on my hands with their lips.

*having my son help me with supper. This week he helped cut up a cantaloupe and some celery for me. He has his own little knife and loves doing little jobs for me in the kitchen.

*hearing my favorite songs on the radio. That always blesses my day!

*finding some free courses to take for continuing education credits. One of them is on a blog, and I'm really enjoying learning so many new things. I just started it and am excited to see what else I will learn to incorporate here.

*spending time with family. We had a fun time at our garage sale last weekend. It is always a time full of laughs when I get together with my Mom, aunt, and cousin.

I forgot to post this last night after I'd written it and signed in at Iris's site! If you'd like to participate in Thankful Thursday, please visit Sting My Heart.
